How to Request a Feature, Route, or Integration

But we need it submitted properly so we can log it, prioritize it, and actually make it happen.

New destination routes (countries/operators not currently available)

New CLI / CC / unrestricted support

New features in the panel

eSIM coverage expansions

API or integration needs

Anything you think would make Bitcall better


✍️ How to Make a Proper Request

🛠️ Step 1: Submit via Live Chat or Email

You can request through:

Just say:

“Hi! I’d like to make a feature or destination request.”

A team member will assign your request a Ticket Tracking Number (TTN) like:

#REQ-2025-0321-FRCLI

⚠️ Without a TTN, your request won’t be processed. It’s like your request’s passport to our dev or routing team.

🧾 What Info You Should Include (Don’t Be Shy)

📡 If you’re requesting a

New Destination / Route

:

Please include:

  • 📍 Country / destination

  • 📞 Type of route: CC, CLI, Unrestricted, etc.

  • 🎯 Target price you’re aiming for (we’ll try to match!)

  • 📦 Volume you expect to pass monthly

  • 📶 Capacity needed (e.g., concurrent calls)

  • 🔐 Any restrictions or special requirements


🧠 If you’re requesting a

Feature / Integration

:

Tell us:

  • What problem it solves

  • How you currently work around it

  • What it would look like (if you can visualize it)

  • If it’s urgent or “nice to have”

  • If it’s for resellers, admins, users, or devs


🧪 Examples:

🔊 Route Request Example:

“I need CLI access to Niger mobile (6299XXXXXX) — CC route if possible. Target price below 0.06, 100K mins/month, 5 concurrent calls. No caller ID restrictions.”

🛠️ Feature Request Example:

“Can you add daily call volume graphs with export? I’d love to filter by SIP account.”

✅ What Happens After?

  1. You get your TTN (ticket tracking number)

  2. Your request is logged and sent to the right team (Routing / Dev / Product)

  3. We review it weekly for priority and feasibility

  4. If it’s doable, you’ll get updates via the ticket

  5. If it’s deployed — we’ll tell you first 🎉
