Refund Policy

Everything you need to know about Bitcall’s refund policy, including when a refund may apply and what it means for your account.

“Refunds aren’t fun for anyone. But we believe in being fair, clear, and honest — no hidden tricks.”

💳 Is Bitcall Prepaid?

Yes — Bitcall is a 100% prepaid platform. That means:

  • You top up your balance

  • Then you use it to access services like voice, SMS, eSIMs, and more

There’s no credit, no postpay, and no surprises. That’s part of what keeps Bitcall secure, scalable, and fraud-resistant for everyone.

🧾 Are Refunds Possible?

In short: Yes — but only in exceptional cases.

We review refund requests manually and consider them when:

  • You topped up but haven’t used the balance at all

  • A technical error occurred during your payment

  • Duplicate payments or mistaken overpayments

  • A service you ordered was not delivered properly (and confirmed by support)

🧯 But Here’s the Big Catch:

💥 If a refund is issued, the associated Bitcall account will usually be permanently closed as part of the process.

Why?

  • Refunds reverse your relationship with the platform — we can’t allow further usage after a full balance reset

  • It protects against abuse and fraud (especially with services like CLI, SMS, or API usage)

✅ So yes, you can ask for a refund.

❗ But your account may be closed as a result — all services, data, and history included.

🤝 Want to Avoid That?

Talk to us first!

  • Maybe there’s a better solution

  • Maybe a feature you need just isn’t enabled yet

  • Maybe we can transfer funds between services or panels instead

We’re humans. Refunds aren’t the only option — and we’d rather help you stay.
