📱 Section 2: Setup on
iOS (iPhone)

Open the app → Go to Settings → Accounts → + → SIP Account
Choose Manual Configuration
Enter the same SIP details as Android:

🔐 Using IP Authentication?
If you’re using Trusted IP instead of credentials, here’s how:
Field | Value |
SIP Server | gateway.bitcall.io |
SIP User ID | any label (e.g., reseller01) |
Password | leave blank |
Registration | set to Disabled if available |
Transport | UDP only |
⚠️ IP-auth setups don’t show a “Registered” status but will work if your IP is whitelisted in Bitcall.
☎️ Making Your First Call
From the dial pad, enter a number like:
+12025550123
Tap the green dial button
📸 [Insert screenshot: Dial screen with sample number and green call button]
You should hear it ring. 🎉
🛠️ Common Issues & Fixes
Issue | Fix |
Not registering | Check username, password, and domain spelling |
IP-auth failing | Ensure your IP is added inside the Bitcall dashboard |
No audio | Try enabling STUN in the app settings |
Call drops after 5 sec | Likely NAT issue — enable “Keep Alive” or test other transports |
Green icon doesn’t show | Check SIP Server or try 188.34.143.144 directly |
