Let’s turn your Windows PC into a full SIP-powered call machine in 5 minutes.
💾 What You Need
✅ A Bitcall account

✅ You Should Now Be Registered!

🔐 IP Authentication Setup
If you’re using IP-auth with Bitcall (no password needed), configure like this:
Field | Value |
Username | trunk1 (or any label) |
Password | Leave blank |
Domain / SIP Server | gateway.bitcall.io |
Transport | UDP only |
Register | Uncheck this box in advanced settings |
You won’t see “Registered” — but it should still allow outbound calls from your IP.
⚠️ Make sure the IP you’re using is whitelisted in your Bitcall panel.
☎️ Making Your First Call
Enter a number in E.164 format (like +14155552671) and press the green call button.
📸 [Insert screenshot: Call input screen with sample number]
You’ll hear the dial tone… then success!
🛠️ Troubleshooting Tips
Issue | Fix |
“Registration failed” | Double-check your SIP credentials |
Green icon doesn’t appear | Try switching to TCP or use 188.34.143.144 as domain |
One-way audio | Enable STUN server or disable encryption |
Can’t call with IP-auth | Ensure “Register” is unchecked & IP is in Bitcall panel |
Call connects then drops | Check firewall/NAT, or enable ICE/STUN |
