🚀 What is Bitcall?

Bitcall is your secure, no-BS global voice and SMS platform, built for businesses, resellers, and telecom experts who don’t like surprises on their bills. Whether you’re a solo caller or a full-scale VoIP vendor, Bitcall gives you full control over how you send voice and SMS traffic — with transparency, flexibility, and power.

You get:

  • SIP-based voice calling (yes, that old-school-but-powerful tech)

  • SMS delivery globally

  • A dashboard that actually makes sense

  • Reseller capabilities with branding options

  • Optional eSIMs, DIDs, HLR lookups, and even a Telegram bot for alerts

🌍 How It Works

Bitcall is prepaid and usage-based — no hidden fees, no lengthy contracts.

Here’s the simplified workflow:

  1. Sign up and log into your panel 🧑‍💻

➤ You’ll get access to your SIP credentials and services right away.

  2. Choose how you want to use it:

    • Softphone (like Zoiper, Linphone, etc.)

    • PBX (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, 3CX)

    • Your custom SIP client

  3. Configure your SIP client with one of the following:

    • SIP Domain: gateway.bitcall.io

    • SIP IP: 188.34.143.144

    • Port: 5060

    • Transport: UDP (default)

Psst… TCP and TLS are also supported — but only via the domain name.

  4. Top-up your account with Crypto, PayPal, Stripe, or Binance

➤ Get instant balance = instant calling.

  5. Make calls, send SMS, manage CLI

➤ Real-time stats, balance alerts, and full logs included.

  6. Explore extras like:

    • Hosted reseller options

    • DID management

    • eSIM installation

    • HLR Lookup for number validation

    • API integration and automation
